1. Hourly rental:

1.1. Minimum 2 hours  (* Antique vintage car and coach rental at a minimum of 4 hours)

1.2. 50% surcharge apply for the period from 00:00 to 08:00; (* 50% Surcharge apply for the vintage antique car and coach from 22:00-08:00)

1.3. If the same guest reserves multiple bookings within the same day, each booking must be 2 hours apart, or the bookings will be charged from first to last hour.

 

2.  Pick-up/Drop Off:

2.1. If the waiting time exceeds 15 minutes, the service will be charged at 1 hour;

 2.2. If the guest does not show within 30 minutes from the reservation time without prior notice, it is considered as NO SHOW and will be charged for 1 hour service fee. If the guest still requires waiting time for more than 45 minutes, charges applied on an hourly basis with 2 hours minimum.

 2.3. Pick-up and drop-off services are on a point-to-point basis. Additional points will be charged based on hourly charge and with 2 hours minimum.

 2.4. 50% surcharge apply for the period from 00:00 to 08:00; (* 50% Surcharge apply for the vintage antique car and coach from 22:00-08:00).

 

3. Holiday Surcharge : additional fifty percent (50%) surcharge on the applicable rate  apply during Holidays (Lunar New Year Holidays, Labor Day, National Day, New Year’s Day, Ching Ming Festival, the day following Mid-Autumn Festival, Chong Yeung Festival and Macau S.A.R Establishment Day).4. 5. All services subject to final confirmation and availability at reservation

 

6. In cases such as typhoons, traffic accidents, road closures, etc., the company reserves the right to rearrange without prior notice with notification when applicable.

 

7. Mobile service is available and if a long distance call is required, the fee will be charged accordingly

 

8. 取消服務或缺席(NO SHOW)

    8.1. For cancellation less than 24 hours prior to reserved schedule time, 100% of total charge of services will be applied.  
    8.2. For cancellation 24 hours prior to reserved schedule time, 50% of total charge of services will be applied.
    8.3. 且該未使用車租可於三個月有效期內再次使用。 
    8.4. 20% of the total refund where applicable will be charged as service fee.

 

9. Guests are required to comply with our standard service terms and conditions.

 

10.Our Company reserves the right to change or terminate the services, charges, at any time but all services previously confirmed will remain unchanged.
